Potential Service Impact Notice

Due to the storm affecting the eastern part of the country please be advised that there may be potential service delays and potential delivery delays from UPS. Heavy snowfall and dangerous gusting arctic winds are creating multiple interstate highway closures as well as impassable secondary roads. Subzero temperatures are also delaying clean up efforts. Most service providers in the Northeast are closed. We will update service notes accordingly. Should you have any concerns, please feel free to contact the help desk at 866-202-3992. We will work to minimize any potential delays. Below is a notice we received from UPS.

UPS - Service Update
Updated Friday, January 3, 2014

Severe weather in Louisville, KY caused a significant disruption to operations at Worldport®, UPS's main hub in the United States. As a result, some shipments may experience unavoidable delays. We have contingency plans in place to minimize service disruptions and are committed to moving shipments to their final destinations as quickly as possible. We are balancing our priorities of customer service and employee safety, and will make every effort to deliver to all areas as conditions safely permit. Please continue to check ups.com® for service updates. For more information about the service impact on UPS Freight® pickups and deliveries, please visit UPS Freight.
